Practitioner of the Week – Stephanie Coleman, MSPT

Stephanie is a licensed physical therapist who has been practicing for over 10 years with a focus on orthopedics and manual therapy. Stephanie completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the George Washington University and went on to also complete her masters in physical therapy from GWU. Stephanie has worked in varied settings but most enjoys treating outpatient orthopedic conditions, particularly spinal and pelvic dysfunction, as well as peri and post natal movement problems. Stephanie is currently working on completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy through the University of Montana and also serves as a volunteer and board member of the Little Workers of the Sacred Heart pro bono physical therapy clinic in Washington, DC. In addition, she serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Doctoral Physical Therapy program at George Washington University. When Stephanie is not working she enjoys spending time at home in Washington, DC with her husband Tony and three children.
